4 egg yolks
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Cups vegetable oil

With a mixer, beat the egg yolks and seasonings on high until very thick. Add the lemon juice and vinegar. Very, very slowly add the oil, beating constantly. Keep in refrigerator. (I substitute Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Vegetable Oil.)

*This is not hCG diet friendly. Low Carb Friendly.
