hCG Diet Protocol Cheat?

November 29, 2009

Thanksgiving Feast = hCG Diet Cheat

Thanksgiving Feast = hCG Diet Cheat

Well these last few days trying to lose weight on the hCG diet protocol may have been difficult. THANK YOU, Thanksgiving Weekend.

You have turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, string beans, peas, rolls, red velvet cake, coconut cake, pumpkin pie, apple pie, sweet potato pie, ice cream, whip cream, deviled eggs, roasted chicken, prime ribs, lamb, and on and on and on.

Not exactly hCG diet friendly food.  Not many of these foods would be on the hCG diet protocol and few of these foods will help hcg weight loss.  BUT family and friends were around and you were tempted and you eat…and then went back for seconds.  Then Friday and Saturday came and well you did bring a plate home with you so you ate and ate some more.

Now it’s Sunday and cold reality sets in, you jump on the scale and guilt joins the band wagon.  So how do you brush off this monstrous hCG diet cheat?

FIRST

DO NOT beat yourself up!  That is the worst you can ever do.  Accept whatever the gain is, accept the fact you ate and move on.  Get over your hCG diet cheat real quick!  Dwelling on cheats hurt your overall mood, focus and determination.

You maybe even tempted to just ditch the entire hCG diet protocol because you feel utterly bad about cheating.   Don’t!  hCG weight loss is still possible and you can do it!

SECOND

DO some extra exercise.   Exercise can release the stress you feel about cheating.   T-Tapp has some great moves, specifically the Hoe Downs, to help neutralize a cheat.  This simple move will make you sweat!  Try the video below the Hoe Down move.  It truly is a carb buster!

Walk 3x a day instead of 1 and add an extra 10 minutes to your walk.  Exercise on the hCG diet protocol is good for you overall, just don’t over do it and drink extra water.

THIRD

ADD some extra water to your hCG diet protocol.  Water will help to release additional water.  Any gains you had on your hCG diet cheat is water weight and the fastest way to move water weight is increasing protein, decreasing carbs and increasing water.

FOURTH

GET STRICT with yourself.  Get back to the basics of the hCG diet protocol, weight your foods, eat only hCG diet foods.

FIFTH

STEAK DAY or APPLE DAY.  Try one of the hCG diet stall ‘tricks’ to counteract the hCG diet cheat.

Apple Day is a plateau buster and can be found in the Pounds and Inches Manuscript for complete details.  Basically you eat 6 apples all day, drink water and nothing else.

Steak Day is really done on maintenance but it can also get you back to basics and bust a plateau and even counter a cheat on the hCG diet protocol.  For details go to Pounds and Inches manuscript.  But the basic is eat nothing all day until the evening meal.  Have a nice juicy steak, grilled and 1 apple.

Final Thoughts

Doing a combination of Hoe Downs from T-Tapp, Steak Day or Apple Day and increasing water intake for a day or two, should put any cheat behind you quickly and back to hCG weight loss in short order.  Or you can use Miracle Noodles to counter a hCG diet cheat or break a hCG diet stall.

I love your site and I love the information on here and your blogger site. Thank you so much for introducing T-Tapp to the mix ;-) I am going to try the Hoe Downs, they look easy but I did break a sweat doing them. I’m going to try a few other of her routines and buy her book. Have you done T-Tapp for long? What where your results?

I’ve been doing T-Tapp since 2007 about 2 months after starting the hCG diet protocol. I stopped last year this time or maybe around Christmas which I regret to this day! BUT I’m not dwelling. I know for a fact a 10 pound lose with the hCG diet protocol and T-Tapp combined can make you feel and look as if you have lost 20-25 pounds! T-Tapp works, but it’s not easy. I did the instructional for a month and I lost inches!

My inspiration was reading the testimonials from others who had done T-Tapp. The picture of the lady in the red was just after 2 weeks doing T-Tapp. I purchased the Total Workout and wasn’t let down!

I did the T-Tapp video number 8 and it was great! I did it like 4x and boy I can tell you it was better then walking. I felt I really got a good workout from that simple move. I read the testimonials also. I see why you say T-Tapp and hcg diet work well together. Both promote better health and WOW if that women achieve that much of a noticeable inch loss in 2 week and then in 60 days, she would have double that with using hcg diet shots!

This diet is so hard because your body is basically going into starvation mode. Especially when you’re only eating 500 calories a day. This is why it works so well too! It’s a great diet if you can handle the injections.

I do not agree about the starvation mode, because the fat on your body is being used to fuel your body thus preventing starvation.

I really appreciate you posting this information. I am at the en of my 40 day cycle and I am burnt out. Of course christmas came and I could not take it anymore. I cheated and now I am beating myself over the head. I have lost 20lbs that I do not want back. I weghed myself to find out that I only gained 1lb, however I didn’t know how this would impact my plan. I am going to eat the 6 apples tomorrow and drink plenty of water. I have 11 days left and I need the last days to be the best. Wish me luck!

SimonSaysMom Reply:

Don’t think about how it will impact your plan. That’s a losing battle and can be self defeating, just accept it, know the best way to counter act and move on. You Will Do It!

THe most important thing is to keep on going. If you stop then yes it was all for not, but if you keep going, it’ll be ok and all the work you did ahead of time, won’t be a waste.

I’m glad I found this site. I just bought the T-Tapp Total Workout a while ago but haven’t used it yet. I did instructional #1 for awhile then the holidays came and who knows what happened? I’ve been on the HCG diet for almost 3 weeks now and am loving it. I am using homeopathic HCG spray and it works great! I’ve lost about 16 pounds so far. It would’ve been more if I hadn’t cheated on Super Bowl Sunday! Boy do I regret that! Never again!
I will start the T-Tapp Total workout tomorrow morning for sure!
