The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”

I’ve broken down a list of allowed foods for the hCG diet.  If  you are ever in doubt, refer back to Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches or this list hCG diet food, as a reminder.

You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods when cooking and purchase a hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Online Shop to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.  A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

There are a few hCG diet recipes on this site as well as a hCG diet menu to get you started.

Free Food

  • Halibut = 110 calories
  • Lobster = 98 calories
  • Red Snapper = 110 calories
  • Shrimp = 110 calories
  • Tilapia = 94 calories
  • Lemon Sole =116 calories
  • Monk Fish = 96 calories
  • Whiting = 87 calories

Vegetables 3.5 ounces/100 grams

  • Asparagus = 3 cal
  • Broccoli =34 calories
  • Celery = 15 cal
  • Cabbage = 24 calories

where can i buy a good hcg oral product without breaking the bank. also do you stop taking the hcg when on your menustration

The link for the Miracle Noodles isn’t working and I’m very curious. Also, I just heard today that chicken or beef broth is a free “food” as well, so you could make a very simple soup!
