Always remember you will get the best results on the hCG diet food program when using organic meat. Organic chicken and organic beef can help both yourself and the environment. So eat organically when you can.

I am surprised by your recipes. According to the actual paper written by Dr. Simeons, you CANNOT use ANY type of oil. The only way to make the food is boil, or grill!!!! Baking I assume could be done as long as it is on a rack so all the fat drains off and away from the meat. Also you CANNOT mix the veggies. Only 1 kind per meal. People... please read his paper (Pounds and inches: A new approach to obesity) to understand what is going on with your body and how this diet is suppose to be done!!!!
@AA, Have you read Kevin Trudeau? Coconut Oil is allowed and it is not like other oils. You can mix fresh veggies. You can have more than 1 veggie per meal if you are using salads and then a cooked veggie. Thanks
@Dez, kevin is a SCAM ARTIST.... And I think HE that would know BEST is the DR. that PUBLISHED the STUDY, not the DUDE that MODIFIED it. Just a thought. can't wait for my drops....
@Yvette, He only takes info and resells it. Information that would take about a year or more to research on your own. What he got in trouble for is auto billing. Not reselling information.
@Dez, in regards to kevin T - AGREED! he is a SCAM. i've seen him on TV hocking other things over the years, one not having to do w/ the other. not sure what this guy's deal is, other than making $$. sticking w/ doc sim on this on
Ok need words of wisdom or advice im struggling on maitenance havent gone over 2 pounds but....
@Sandyrn, What are you struggling with? Food Ideas? Have you looked at hCG diet Phase 3 food list? Words of Wisdom. Temptation is all around no matter what. You have to decided what is best for you in the long run. An indulgence that can lead to excuses that can cause you to be right where you were before the hCG diet. OR do you like how you look and feel right now? Do you feel better about yourself? Are you doing the things you may have put off because of the weight? Read this it may make things clearer for you. An Inconvenient Life.
If you do a search for hcg steak and cheese day, you'll receive several hits. The steak & cheese day is to be done as an alternative correction day, especially in the case of fluid retention. DH & I are on R3P3 and have yet to try it as we've not had a problem with retaining fluid or with maintaining weight loss between rounds. Phase 3 brings incredible freedom, no need to limit yourself to eggs, steak and cheese. HTH!
How many tablespoons is 50 gram egg beaters or How many eggs whites do you think 50gr. is, I am making for two so do you think share three or four egg whites and put 50 gram crab or shrimp each. Also can we mix our veg. and can mix our proteins in phase three. Also it says wait 6 weeks in between doing doses, I was asked I said I would ask you. My question is that six weeks from the stop of taking doses or six weeks after phase three. Thanks again for all your help. Have a great weekend.
@kari, What does your nutritional label say about how many grams are in a tablespoon? I have no clue. Do you have a scale? you can always weight the measurement out to be 100% accurate. Again the nutritional label would be the ideal place to turn to see how many egg whites they have per 50 grams. Yes P3 foods are not restricted to mixing. 6 weeks between rounds. After you finish P3 you would wait 6 weeks to start another round starting from P1 and moving to P3 then if you need an additional round you would wait 8 weeks and increase by 2 weeks each round you have to do.
