As explained in hCG Diet Loading Days, you load for 2 days on foods to help you make the transition from carb buring to fat buring faster.  But you also want to get as little sugar carbs as possible to lessen any hCG diet headache.  Eating healthy fat is not only heart healthy, but a much better fat choice for you.

So what kinds of fats and foods should you eat?

Can you eat other kinds of foods?  YES!  But make sure you make your hCG diet load days as fat as possible.  You are not restricted to anything.  These are just the best choices.

Of course we agree that it's the only diet that is capable of shaving rapid weight without adverse side effects!

I have tried the HCG diet and love it. It does work, curve your body and I am planning on doing it again after returnign from vacation in three weeks.
