		<description>Hi, I am going on my 5th day now, and I would like to know if is safe to go for a Spinning class. I have been spining for the last two months and I do not want to loose my routine. I understand I should take it easy, but at the same time I do not want my muscles to get loose if I wait 40 days to go back. What do you recomend???</description>
