@Dez, I read somewhere that "miracle noodles" though calorie free before preparation, are worth 140 calories .... is this true? Just wondering if you've heard that. BTW, I got my shipment in and are loving them. But my family are still losing weight but I (last week) flucuatated between 286 and 284 back and forth the entire week. We only add the noodles in one of our meals but I am not sure if that is my problem. If its zero calories then that is all...ZERO. Please let me know. Thanks!
@Netta, No they are not. They are 0 calories. Nutritionally you do not count fiber in your calorie count as it isn't digested by the body for nutritional purposes. It aids in digestion, bulk in stool and other things mentioned above. Try some stall breakers also, that may help.
@Dez, girl, I am down to 284.8 today... so it wasn't the noodles. I have continued to eat them since I started them a few days ago. They really keep me full. They are such a godsend.
