Good day to you! I have yet to try the noodles. My question is that I have read this whole blog post and I saw several times that you can replace a meal with the noodles? how would you get to your 500 calorie daily intake if you are supposed to have 2 protines twice a day? My thought was maybe at lunch or dinner to add to my needed daily calories? Am I wrong in thinking this? I have been using hcg shots now for almost 10 days and am down almost 15lbs. (85lbs to go). But I am dying to have spagetti again or any italian pasta dish for that matter.... (My favorite food is italian, it is my weakness) I know I have to use extra lean beef fresh ground with no fat and I would make a homemade sauce with fresh tomatoes and spices and count those calories for the amount of tomatoes... (no salt thought as I have learned my lesson with salt and water retention the hard way! OUCH! I lost 3 days of weight loss over 2 seperate occasions and did not realize it was salt) Then I could include a salad to get that meals remaining veggies along with the spagetti sauce. Is it okay to 'skip' a meal and replace the veggies and meat with noodles if I just wanted noodles and not get the complete needed 500 daily calories. I apologize I am confused how to 'skip' a meal and still get 500 calories if I am supposed to have 2 meats, 2 veggies and 2 fruits daily?
