I just have one question. I've been on the drops for about a week and feel no desire to eat. Is it safe to stop eating when on these drops and will it affect the weight loss?
@Alie, Well you should eat something even if it's just salad and some protein. You still have to fuel your body and prevent overeating if you become hungry the next day
what is considered a good meal plan for the first 3 "loading days"
@mike, there are 2 days to loading not 3. Any high fat foods like the items listed in the post.
How long can you stay on the diet? Especially Phase 1?
@Rika, There are 2 protocols. 26 days and 42 days. You have 2 days of loading, then move into Phase 2 which varies according to which protocol you are following, 26 or 42 days, then you move into Phase 3 of the hCG diet.
I been reading about this diet and i got that ulgy muffin top thing happening and cant get rid of it. Would this diet help me with that? I want to wear better fitting tops but it looks bad. Thanks for listening,
@Caren, Yes hCG will target abnormal fat stores. The diet must be followed and real hCG must be used to prevent muscle lose. Muffin tops are not attractive unless you are a muffin =-)
