The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”
We’ve broken down a list of allowed foods for the hCG diet. If you are ever in doubt, refer back to Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches, or this list hCG diet food as a reminder.
You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods, when cooking. Just read labels and avoid spices and seasoning with added sugar, fat and MSG. And you can purchase an hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Store to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.
A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

Well then you are placing your body in starvation mode, messing your metabolism up and you will lose lean muscle mass and have bone loss. May as well do fake homeopathic hCG. Using real hCG, injections or drops, you prevent this. hCG is produced in abundance when a women becomes pregnant to release her fat to feed the baby/fetus until the placenta is developed. hCG protects her muscles from being used.
You can do a number of high protein diets vs. eating these foods without hCG. I would suggest you look into these diet for fast weight loss otherwise you are doing more harm than good.
Both are high in fat and carbs. You can do other hCG diet teas that are good for the diet. Use Dieters tea if constipated. Fiber is in Miracle Noodles, the fruit and vegetables.
Those are homeopathic. No hCG in there. Test it with a hCG pregnancy test strip.
This is based on KT work as well.
