The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”

You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods, when cooking.  Just read labels and avoid spices and seasoning with added sugar, fat and MSG.  And you can purchase an hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Store to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.

A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

Real Crab Meat = 100 calories (Imitation crab meat is NOT ALLOWED because it is very high in carbs, and is processed.  NOT good for Phase 2 or 3)

All proteins must be weighed on your scale. There isn't a standard weight to proteins it all depends on the size, cut, thickness etc.

I am on day 11, or day 9 of phase 2. I have only lost 4 pounds in the 8 days I have been on phase 2 and I am very frustrated because I am very strictly sticking to the protocol. I have researched every possible reason/rule/common errors etc... and I am doing everything correctly as far as I know. I don't mix vegetables, I don't eat more than 1 apple a day, I weigh my meat prior to cooking, I am only drinking water or iced tea, I am only using stevia for sweetener, I am reading my spice label ingredients to ensure there is NO sugar....I just can't figure it out!!! The only thing I can think of is that I struggle to drink enough water, even though it is really the only thing I am drinking...I'm just not a thirsty person. I carry around a jug of ice water with lemon all day long wherever I go, so I am always drinking it, but probably not drinking 2 quarts. What could be wrong????? I am not hungry, so I assume the hcg is working! I am doing injections, not drops...HELP!!!

During my 1st time round my doctor told me to not be discouraged by this due to wile on the HCG diet wemon vs. men, men will tend to lose more pounds and women more insches. So if you are not seeing the results on the scale check your inches. For example B4 i had lost 10lbs I had already lost a pant size. So do not be discouraged. This does work I am proof went from a size 18-20 (depending on pants) to a 11-13.

where can i get real drops? does any company ship to canada?
I started my HCG diet last week and I am doing well. I have lost 10 lbs in 7 days..I decided to test my HCG, and it came back NEGATIVE!! I contacted the pharmacy and explained everything and they are now sending me out some different HCG(which will take approx. 3 weeks) My question is, should I stay on the diet continue eating my HCG foods, then when my new HCG comes can I just start the injections or do I have to do Phase 1 again and gorge with food?

Well I guess you didn't buy from us as ours comes with a test strip and if it won't test we always suggest buying your own as sometimes our test strip goes bad. Where did you get it from?  IF it is homeopathic it will never test.  Waste of time getting more.  IT should not take 3 weeks to get it.  You will have to start all over at that point.  Just buy our hCG drops, and get your money back from them.
