hCG Diet Food

The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”

We’ve broken down a list of allowed foods for the hCG diet. If you are ever in doubt, refer back to Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches, or this list hCG diet food as a reminder.

You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods, when cooking.  Just read labels and avoid spices and seasoning with added sugar, fat and MSG.  And you can purchase an hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Store to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.

A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

There are a few hCG diet recipes on this site, as well as an hCG diet menu to get you started.

And don't forget hCG Diet Phase 1 Foods and hCG Diet Phase 3 Foods.  Both food lists will help your hCG Diet Journey.

IF A Food Is NOT On The List DO NOT EAT IT.

@dan portet,

Every calorie counter is different.  And since all foods come in different sizes like Asparagus some stalks are small some are large this is also an average.  USE YOUR calorie counter.

I thought lira was on hcg diet and ate some today. Will this set.me Back?
I'm a vegetarian, what foods can I eat for protein since I cannot eat the meat?
@Kathy, Kathy, I would love to know the answer you get for this. Good Luck!
I just found your website while tring to find another list of apporved food to eat on the hcg diet. I never thought about someone sending me fake hcg... This feed is making me nervous. My injections did not come with a test strip. It does have to be refridgerated. I mix it myself with the powder and water they send me. They DO NOT claim to be homeopathic. Does this sound right to you? I know for sure that I am not pregnant, to test the validity of my hcg can I take a pregnancy test the traditional way? If it is positive, will that verify if my hcg is the real deal? Also you listed the miracle foods as free, we can have as much as we want?
@Second guessing ,

Then they are more than likley real hCG.  Just buy a test strip and test them.  Put some of the hCG once mixed on the strip and wait for results.

I usually drink two 8oz. glasses of freshly juiced fruits & Veggies (3 carrots, 2oz. kale, 1 cucumber, 2 apples, and 2 sticks of celery) everyday. But it says not to mix veggies or fruits and do not eat the same veggies/fruits in consecutive meals or days. The question is, will my juicing habits hurt the hcg diet? Thanks.
@260 to 215,

I had a friend who juiced while on the hCG diet and did well.
