hCG Diet Food

The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”

We’ve broken down a list of allowed foods for the hCG diet. If you are ever in doubt, refer back to Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches, or this list hCG diet food as a reminder.

You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods, when cooking.  Just read labels and avoid spices and seasoning with added sugar, fat and MSG.  And you can purchase an hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Store to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.

A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

There are a few hCG diet recipes on this site, as well as an hCG diet menu to get you started.

And don't forget hCG Diet Phase 1 Foods and hCG Diet Phase 3 Foods.  Both food lists will help your hCG Diet Journey.

IF A Food Is NOT On The List DO NOT EAT IT.

Hello, I've been on the hcg drops for 6 days and lost 10 pounds...After reading some comments, I am wondering if the drops I have are good...I purchased them from yourhcg.com
@Jenn10,

I think that is the same company providing them to Walmart. You need to test them with a pregnancy test to see if they are real.

Has anyone tried hcg drops from Walmart???
@C,

The Walmart hCG drops are not real, nor do they have any hCG inside of them. Do a search here on this website to hear from others as we've talked about it a lot. They are terrible.

@jwright@hcgtreatments.com, nutrition house sells the also $89 a bottle. there is ZERO HCG in these bottles. ask your doctor for a prescription, mix it with the sub lingual water and purchase your needles at a pharmacy.
Hi is light tuna in water ok? 70 Cals for 71 g ok of bumble bee. Ingress are light tuna, water and veg broth. 240 mg sodium. Also im a veg so I don't eat meat (fish ok)....can i do boca/Morningstar prods? Tx! Today is day 1 of vlcd!!
@Debbie, If its not on the list do not eat it. Tuna is not allowed. Tuna is 0 carb, 0 sugar and only 60 cals in half a can packed in water but there is a reason why its not allowed on the HCG. If you want the max weight loss results... just eat what is listed.
