hCG Body Shaper Drops Real hCG with hCG Test Strip

hCG Diet Food

The second most asked question about the hCG diet protocol is, “What food can I eat on the hCG diet?”

We’ve broken down a list of allowed foods for the hCG diet. If you are ever in doubt, refer back to Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches, or this list hCG diet food as a reminder.

You can use a variety of seasonings to spice up your foods, when cooking.  Just read labels and avoid spices and seasonsing with added sugar, fat and MSG.  And you can purchase an hCG diet cookbook from the hCG Diet Store to prevent yourself from getting into a cooking rut.

A cooking rut or boredom can be a reason for diet failure.

There are a few hCG diet recipes on this site, as well as an hCG diet menu to get you started.

And don't forget hCG Diet Phase 1 Foods and hCG Diet Phase 3 Foods.  Both food lists will help your hCG Diet Journey.

IF A Food Is NOT On The List DO NOT EAT IT.

Miracle Noodles
Is xylitol sweetener allowed. Im doing my food list so it doesn't matter what I buy just been told it taste better or no after taste.
Hello, I have been doing the drops now for 10 days. I am hungry. Everyone says that I shouldn't be. I am following the protocol and drinking alot of water. What is wrong?
Hi, I am starting the HCG injections tomorrow. I am a very picky eater. I can handle everything except for veggies. I could eat lettuce but what can I put on it that could make it tasty?
@Melissa, I thought I would be fine with the lettuce, but I got romaine, which I love in salads, and it was very bitter by itself and I didn't eat it. However, I also bought a bag of coleslaw cabbage (raw shredded but with nothing on it) and have been throwing it into a frying pan with my chicken cut into chunks and stir fried with a little soy sauce and garlic/garlic salt, or with curry/ginger. It is very tasty and has become my favorite veggie for this diet. Also, celery is good to me as long as it is not too bitter. Some stalks are better than others. Another idea, which I will try shortly, is making a lettuce wrap with the seasoned chicken. I think that will be delicious -- basically using the lettuce like a burrito or taco tortilla.
@Anonymous,

Lettuce is often used as a wrape while on the diet since bread isn't allowed.  What you are doing seems fine as long as it's hCG diet approved and you are making the herbs and spices work for you.  Avoid MSG as it can stall you.  IF you can find Soy without MSG (in health food stores) and low sodium you would be better off.

@Melissa,

As well tell everyone.  Before starting this or any diet, know what foods you will be eating because if you don't lke the foods you won't stay on the diet.  With that said, I don't know as I haven't a clue to what your tastes are so what I may like and is hCG diet approved, you may not.

Was just wondering if you can help me? I do weight watchers as a diet and I was wondering if I brought the hcg drops would I still be able to do weight watchers and take the hcg drops or would I have to stop weight watchers all together? Really interested in this diet but a little confused! If I take these drops am I only allowed food off the list you have provided? Many thanks Ellie xx
@Ellie Breden,

You have to eat the foods listed.  Anything else will cause weight gain.
