Questions that we will not answer are questions related to your medications or health. If your health is poor, you may need the supervision of a clinic or doctor. If you are on extensive medications or life saving medications, you may want to seek advice from your doctor before doing this or any diet, or you might want to do the supervised hCG program.

We have had questions from people who are on Kidney Dialysis, who are in Liver Failure on a number of Blood Pressure, Heart and Anti Psychotic medications. Although we understand the strong desire to lose weight, the hCG diet protocol is not for everyone and not everyone should be on the hCG diet.

Questions we will answer are those solely related to the hCG diet not your health or medications. Questions regarding medications or health will go unanswered, so do not waste your time asking. If you do so anyway, the reply will be as follows:

“We Do Not Answer your personal health or medication questions. Thank You”

Also questions with answers that are already on this site will not get an immediate response.  For instance, “What do I eat?”, ”Where can I buy hCG?”, or “What is loading?” The answers to these questions are here on the site and are really easy to find using the in site search feature, or by looking at the navigation menu.

We do enjoy helping people lose weight with the hCG diet, however we cannot look at sites for comparisons, research or the like for visitors. Our site is filled with hCG diet information to answer many questions related to the hCG diet.

If you do not find the exact answers here, please search academic research sites, or you can post to our FaceBook page. Not only is it interactive but someone may have asked the same question, or it may answer a question you didn’t think about before.

If you choose to take the advice, you do so at your own decision and discretion.

Status of Order?

Just email us below.  Remember Holidays. USPS, UPS and most banks are closed for New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.  IF they are closed we can't ship and you can't receive.

Missing Downloads?

IF you ordered and didn’t get your downloads, PLEASE send Name along with your request or we will not honor your request. We must verify you by your name just sending an email say "I didn't get my downloads" doesn't tell us who you are. Sending your name will get you a quick reply

IF you cannot download the files, they are in PDF and Excel format you may want to a PDF reader and Excel.

Live Outside the USA?

We do not ship or bill to non USA residences.  IF you live outside the USA, including Puerto Rico, you will need to have a USA family member or friend buy the drops and ship to you.  No exceptions  We will no longer respond to this question.

Phone Orders?

We no longer take phone orders.  TOS (Terms Of Service) from the processing company will not allow us to place orders for you with their system.  You have to order.  We are very sorry about this.

Yes we have a number however we only used it for phone orders.  ALL customer service is via email.
